* Help brokers/lenders make decisions on lending based on a person's actual expenditure

* Help consumers determine if they can buy the property they want, and if not, then help set behavioural patterns so they can.

* Provide insights around savings, debt reduction, property and wealth to allow consumers to set goals and identify needs that they might have.

In many ways this system becomes the introduction and referral system for institutions that may currently rely on branches or other out-dated referral systems.
