About the Role
At Nprep, we don't just want our students to pass, we want them topping the all India rank lists.
We’re looking for a Student Success Manager to build and run our student selection program. You will own the strategy and the mentorship process that turns high-potential students into top rankers in NORCET and state nursing exams.

If you have a solid medical/nursing background, have passion for education, and know exactly what it takes to crack these competitive exams, this is your chance to directly shape the next generation of top nurses in India.

What You’ll Do
Build the selection program: Design the entire strategy for our top students by creating personalised plans, revision cycles to get top ranks in nursing exams.
Own the Results: You are directly responsible for student outcomes. Your main metric is simple: Getting prep students into the Top 3, 10, 50 and top 100 ranks.
Data backed Mentorship: Conduce on diagnostic and guidance calls with top students and give them a clear action plan.

What We’re Looking For
Solid Medical / Nursing Domain: You hold a B.Sc/M.Sc in Nursing or an equivalent medical degree. You genuinely understand the subject matter.
Exam Expertise: You know the ins and outs of NORCET, ESIC, and state-level exams, their syllabus, high-yield topics, and tricky question patterns.
Data-Minded & Organized: You don't rely on generic advice. You look at test scores, identify exact weak spots, and create structured processes to fix them.
Great Communicator: You are comfortable on video calls, empathetic, and capable of keeping high-stress aspirants motivated and focused.
