We’re looking for people who think probabilistically, write clearly, and have unusually good judgment about uncertainty. Strong candidates may come from forecasting, political risk, macro research, journalism, intelligence analysis, trading, data science, international affairs, or serious independent work in prediction markets. Familiarity with Polymarket, Kalshi, Metaculus, Manifold, Good Judgment, or event-driven markets is a plus.
