Mondael careers
Mondael is building the institutional intelligence layer for prediction markets.
Prediction markets are becoming a new source of real-time information about politics, geopolitics, macro, policy, and global risk. But today, they are still hard to use professionally. Prices are scattered across venues, market quality varies, liquidity is uneven, and the headline probability often hides important context like spreads, depth, volume, positioning, and correlated asset moves.
We are solving the problem of turning raw event-market prices into institutional-grade intelligence.
Mondael tracks prediction-market probabilities, liquidity, order books, depth, volatility, alerts, and cross-asset relationships across markets. We help users understand not just what the market price is, but whether it is meaningful, what changed, why it may have moved, and what other signals it connects to.
The hard problems we are working on include market normalization across fragmented venues, measuring the quality of market-implied probabilities, detecting unusual probability moves, linking event markets to financial assets and macro indicators, separating noise from signal in thin markets, and building research workflows for forecasters, analysts, journalists, investors, and risk teams.
Our goal is to make prediction markets usable as a serious intelligence layer for people who need to understand uncertainty in real time.
