If it's not on this list, it's not only something we're not looking for, it's something we're trying our best to not even be looking at. We want the best candidates for the job, and that means we strive to avoid biasing ourselves with anything not directly related to how you'd be able to do at Modulate. What's more, we consider it our responsibility to ensure that Modulate itself remains a place where anyone would feel welcome and enjoy coming to work, so long as we are aligned on the points above.
