Learn as much possible! • We believe in the concept of productive hours and whether you start at 9am or 12 noon, we just don’t want your colleagues chasing you for promised deliverables. Slack them but don’t slack off • Be it your manager or peer, everyone has the right to give direct and transparent feedback. Don’t wait for formal reviews, give it instantly.
