We don’t believe in compartmentalisation of client servicing, content or creative. You own the brand / product strategy space and collaborate with anyone and everyone within the organization to work on projects. The projects & customers we pick can't really be categorised into realms of video production or package design or launch campaigns. And hence we don’t like compartmentalising our teams either.
