Lights Out takes its inspiration from our parent organisation - Sector 7 HQ, which is a collaborative experiences venture. Every single project, assignment, hire, strategy and discussion has its roots into collaboration. We believe that we (as individuals) may not have all the answers or solutions, but together we can create a higher impact. We swear by this principle across everything that we do - including hiring. This philosophy gives birth to an absolutely diverse work culture. Right from designers to behavioural scientists to artificial intelligence developers, our ecosystem comprises skill-set diversities, gender diversities as well as cultural diversities. We believe the best in any creative work comes from challenging the status quo, taking ownership and collaborating beyond your own skills & experience. Our hiring processes are fairly robust and result oriented. While the processes are fairly structured, they are individually crafted based on your background and experience. Our hierarchy structures are flat. We have mentors who people look upto, based upon how they handle customers, teammates and themselves in tough situations. We don’t have any leave policies or punch in and out. It's a creative process and hence the process and ownership have a higher role to play than restrictive work cultures.
