Founding Country Manager - We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-agency operator who can build Karwan in Pakistan from the ground up. The ideal candidate is excellent with people, deeply curious about customers, and comfortable spending significant time talking to exporters, freelancers, software houses, and partners to understand what they actually need. You should be able to turn those insights into product feedback, distribution strategies, partnerships, events, and a highly qualified customer pipeline. This is a broad early-stage role, so we want someone who can operate without a playbook, take ownership, move quickly, and do whatever is needed. That could mean interviewing customers one day, organizing a workshop the next, negotiating an influencer or referral partnership, qualifying pilot users, or helping shape a product feature. We care more about judgment, execution, communication, and resourcefulness than a specific résumé. Experience in startups, fintech, technology, growth, sales, partnerships, community building, or operations is helpful, especially if you understand Pakistan’s technology, freelancer, exporter, or financial-services ecosystem.
