What is Biltong?
An age old process of naturally air-drying beef with simple ingredients for about 18 days to create a tender cross between dry-aged beef, jerky, and proscutto.
Is it Jerky?
No! Jerky is typically blasted with high heat, and pumped full of sugar, artificial ingredients, and sodium, resulting in a tough, leathery experience. Biltong, unlike jerky, is air dried for 3 weeks, similar to the style of a prosciutto. It's sugar-free, allergen free and super tender.
How is it enjoyed?
Biltong can be enjoyed as a healthy snack on the go or paired with some wine and cheese!
