IOTAS is creating Smart Apartments for the Real Estate Industry to help them increase their revenue exponentially by digitizing their products. Current smart home solutions are expensive, don't work and target single-family-home owners who are not early adopters. The Millennials are early adopters and the right target for Internet of Things and Smart Home Technology. However, 65% of them are RENTING and they move within 1 year so a solution that makes them buy, install, setup, then when they move, uninstall, pack it, move it, re-install doesn't work. There is a high level of interest in tech savvy homes but the current implementation targets the wrong market and is flawed. IOTAS, like a Tesla, improves residence experience with their home through regular software and application upgrades. It also makes their home into an ally by helping them through simple interactions that saves them time and money. For the Real Estate industry, IOTAS gives them a marketing differentiation and an opportunity to charge more rent but also saves them on building material costs and gives them peach of mind by mitigating water and fire loss. We provide builders with outlets, light switches, motion, temp, open/close door sensors and optional thermostats and water sensors. Along with the hardware, which gives IOTAS complete and entire coverage of the home, we provide a mobile app to residents and a property management dashboard that gives the builders insights into their buildings through data analysis. IOTAS targets Apartment Developers, Owners and Managers. IOTAS gives our real estate industry clients a value added service that differentiates their buildings.
