IOTAS is providing the Real Estate industry with Smart Apartments that can provide them with data on their buildings and provide a new source of revenue by turning their apartments into a digital platform.

We address the $71B Smart Home Market from a different perspective, instead of consumers, we target the real estate industry by providing them an easy solution that works into their current process during retrofits or new construction. We sell hardware to builders at low cost to get our solution to be ubiquitous and grow our recurring service fee.

We provide builders with outlets, light switches, motion, temp, open/close door sensors and optional thermostats and water sensors. Along with the hardware, which gives IOTAS complete and entire coverage of the home, we provide a mobile app to residents and a property management dashboard that gives the builders insights into their buildings through data analysis. Note: We source our hardware from an ODM.
