For you: - You are literally the first hire for our business. You will have the opportunity to help shape the direction and culture of a global operation - You can carve out a pivotal Operational role that will have elements of Marketing, Office Management and Project Support - You work with and develop relationships high-profile customers in the sports and gaming space - You set your own hours. We are taking a flexible approach with this role in terms of approach, self-organisation and working hours. (Might suit an individual looking to return in a part-time capacity 15 – 25 hours per week initially) - You have the opportunity to earn equity in the company Only two “must haves” for this role. First, you MUST be curious. About what? You tell us. Second, you MUST be passionate about providing superior customer service…and it would be good if you can tick a few of these boxes: - Uber-organised, comfortable working autonomously or under direction. - Confident forming relationships at multiple levels (including outwardly to CEO level). - Comfortable with ambiguity - Commercially astute! - Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly evolving landscape. - Marketing over Social Media - PMO, Project Support or some Project Management - Internal or external communications campaigns - Previous experience working in (or having customers in) Gaming, Media, or Sports
