Titles matter less than taste, judgment, and the ability to ship things you’re proud to put your name on. Our default mode is low process, high clarity. We keep meetings minimal and purposeful. Stand-ups are lightweight and focused on progress, blockers, and real decisions, not status theater. Most work happens asynchronously, with clear written context so people can think deeply instead of reacting quickly. We value honesty and directness, but never at the cost of kindness. Feedback is expected to be thoughtful, specific, and aimed at making the work better, not protecting egos.
