We’re building InkSesh to fix a broken part of the growing tattoo economy: discovery.

Great tattoo artists shouldn’t have to win at social media to win at their craft. And people looking for meaningful, personal art shouldn’t have to scroll endlessly through reels and hashtags to find someone they trust with their skin. We believe discovery should be based on style, quality, and fit, not algorithms and luck.

InkSesh is a marketplace designed to help artists get booked for their work and their customers’ love, not for how well they play the content game. For clients, we make it easy to find artists who genuinely match their vibe, aesthetic, and budget. For artists, we help turn skill and reputation into steady, meaningful work.

We’re a small team building from first principles. We care deeply about product quality, clean systems, and thoughtful user experiences. We prefer shipping real things over chasing hype, and solving real problems over adding features for the sake of it.

Our backgrounds span product, engineering, and strategy across companies like Draftbit, Avis, Airbase, ClearTax, Swiggy, and Bain. We’ve built and scaled products, worked on 0-to-1 ideas, and seen firsthand how good systems can empower people and how bad ones can get in the way.

If you join us, you won’t be a cog in a machine. You’ll shape core product and technical decisions, and own meaningful parts of the system end-to-end. We value high trust, high ownership, and clear thinking over process and hierarchy.
