HireUp is special because of what we are creating and who it is for. We are tackling the hard problem of connecting and supporting people who face challenges to employment – including individuals who struggle with addictions, their mental health and/or homelessness. We are not a work & learning venture – rather, we refer to ourselves as a work & life venture. Millions of people are left out of the labour market due to life challenges – not skill – and we are working to unlock their potential.
