Cerebri AI has built a new kind of customer experience platform for the enterprise. Simply put, we ingest customer and transaction data and produce automated insights and recommendations in an application that helps revenue staff (marketing, sales, support) do their jobs better, all to drive more engagement and financial results such as renewal and upsell. We serve brands in the financial services, wireless, automotive, and travel sectors across the globe. Some of our more interesting results have been to increase conversions to sales on marketing campaigns by 7x and grow a loan portfolio 8% annually through increased auto-adjudication. Our team of 55 people (80% of which are in product development and data science) are based in Austin, Texas with offices in Toronto and Washington, DC. We are backed by M12 (Microsoft Ventures), are part of Mastercard’s Start Path program, and were named a 2019 Gartner Cool Vendor in AI for Customer Analytics.
