HireUp is a platform that matches and supports untapped talent into sustainable employment. We are developing a platform to 1) identify risk factors and barriers to employment, 2) direct at-risk users to community-based supports that will help them become job-ready, and 3) identify users’ skills and potential to match them into meaningful careers. Our mission is to find a scalable solution to support vulnerable people into work, promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, and augment the level of support agencies can provide to people in need.

Our current customers are large enterprises in retail, hospitality and financial services such as Home Depot, Nando’s and Scotiabank.
