Hibou is building a distributed workforce, so all positions are remote. If you are in the greater Seattle area, you are welcome to head to our office one or more days per week to get some social time! We currently offer open PTO that is under a “use your best judgement” policy. If you’re sick, take the day off. If you need a vacation, we can help plan around the days you’ll be out. Have a dentist appointment in the middle of the day or just need to run a few errands when it’s less busy? Let us know that you’ll be out for a few hours.
