We use AI to boost customer support agent productivity and reduce handling time. Our AI technology automatically routes and classifies tickets, provides quick and accurate response recommendations for customer service agents agents, and automates common ticket responses. We work within the existing CRM systems like Zendesk, Salesforce etc. eliminating the need to learn any new system.
