Spending at food-service establishments are down due to a lack of a more convenient and personalized experience for the consumers in-store, something most e-commerce retailers and 3rd party delivery companies are doing. With majority of these business having their own loyalty program today, and their customers having to opt-into or download an app to be a part of, we've seen that many customers either do not know a restaurant has a loyalty program or how to opt-in to one if they did. Today 1/5th of retailers say the pandemic encouraged them to invest in a loyalty program, so we want to be the program they can rely on for the future. We see the opportunity to merge the physical world with the digital world, by making NFT wallets more accessible with our rewards program, and on-boarding efficient and seamless. By creating non- and semi-fungible tokens that act as rewards when people shop at our participating restaurants, we give our restaurant partners customers varying degrees of access with their rewards that can either be resold (p2p) via a marketplace or swapped for other currencies for their favorite restaurant.
