We have a very celebratory culture at Funraise - there’s a lot of confetti flying around here - and we want everyone to jump up and down and hype the successes when they happen, no matter how big. Your win is our win and our win is your win. Acknowledgement of great work doesn’t just come from your supervisor, it will also come from your peers. Each month every employee is given a number of Bonusly points to award to other team members. Those points can then be turned into gift certificates to your favorite vendors or donations to your favorite charities.
