Jobs at Flinn

To build a world-class engineering team, we are searching for an experienced backend developer who can build the foundation of our backend in a greenfield approach and build a technical platform they are proud of. You will have the possibility to work with the team you always wanted because you will help make and shape that team from the ground up. We are a remote-first tech-team with business headquarters in Vienna. You can work from all over Europe, however, we would like to bring the whole team together for one week per quarter. We believe time at work should be as fulfilling as the rest of our lives. This is why we fully committed to support everyone on this journey. This means we can offer: - 2 year funding runway (security) - very good salary for a pre-seed startup + shares - exceptional culture around empowerment over micromanagement, product-centric-thinking - senior team considering that we are a pre-seed startup - most friendly employee stock option program - building the technology/product from the ground up - high-quality standards, as we operate in a very sensitive industry - great impact: making medical product more accessible - high flexibility: remote first, unlimited vacation More info about us: notion.so/flinncomply/Flinn-Job-Board-80b35dece226477c8ab234c0573b42e9
