• Set up a culture of financial discipline - building smart processes for business routines, including evaluating external applications to support these processes as we scale
• Manage and guide external partners who help with our tax/audit requirements

• Help solve customer issues across areas like KYC, customer onboarding, payments with deep domain knowledge and technical skills
• Work with product and engineering on partner integrations

• Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of internal and external audits.

• Evaluate existing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Identify critical flaws in our web applications and cloud infrastructure that could be exploited.
• Collaborate with peers to write and review technical proposals, architectural diagrams, application code and cloud formation.

• You have worked as an investment analyst / financial planner for at least five years.
• You are analytical, detail oriented and are obsessed with helping people meet their financial goals
