Sebastian Salas — Founder & CEOFormer professional road cyclist turned retail entrepreneur. Sebastian founded Enroute with a simple belief: the best sporting goods stores are built around community first, product second. After competing at the highest levels of cycling — including a King of the Mountains title at the Tour of California — he channelled that passion into building Vancouver's premier cycling boutique, then expanded into running with Enroute.run in Richmond. He's as likely to be found leading a Saturday morning group run as he is working the floor. Competes in Hyrox and running races. Father of five.
