Operations Manager Enroute is looking for an Operations Manager to bring order and momentum to a fast-growing multi-brand retail business. We run two distinct brands — enroute.cc (cycling) and enroute.run (running) — across physical stores and e-commerce, and we need someone who can hold the operational complexity together while we scale.This is a hands-on role. You'll own inventory management, supplier relationships, fulfillment, and the systems that tie it all together. You'll work directly with the founder and have real authority to fix what's broken and build what's missing.You're right for this role if you've run operations for a multi-location or multi-brand retail business, you're genuinely obsessed with process and systems, and you don't need to be told twice. Bonus if you're a cyclist or runner — you'll understand our customers because you are one.
