• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of antenna/RF design and RF test engineers and technicians.
• Own radiating-element RF design — element geometry, impedance and match, polarization, and bandwidth across a wide operating band.

• System architecture — requirements decomposition, allocation to subsystem budgets, ICD development and baseline control, and trade space management across mass, power, pointing, and cost.
• Verification & Validation — V&V plan development, TPM definition and tracking, requirements compliance matrix management, environmental test planning (TVAC, vibration/acoustic, EMI/EMC), and test data disposition.

• Embedded Software Development: Architect/Design, write, debug, and maintain efficient software for real-time embedded systems, including mission critical Flight Software and communication with other space-specific software subsystems/modules, such as TTC (CCSDS protocol), Power, Thermal, GNC, FDIR, CFDP.

• Conduct structural and modal analyses to ensure the integrity and survivability of spacecraft internal components and sensitive sub-systems across all mission phases.

• · Embedded C Programming: Strong proficiency in C for embedded systems development; experience with Rust is a plus.

• Define and drive the software engineering vision, architecture, and roadmap across all space vehicle programs
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in embedded systems, BSP development (bootloaders, device drivers, RTOS bring-up), and communications software

• • Data Ingestion and Pipeline Development
• • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years focused on embedded or edge ML

• Develop UVM-based verification environments including agents, scoreboards, and bit-accurate reference models.
• Create and maintain a reusable, extendable UVM framework supporting multiple FPGA targets and device configurations.

• Design test interface boards (TIBs) for board-level functional, environmental, and performance verification.
• Embed design-for-test (DFT) requirements into the board design process from schematic through layout.

• Design and implement RTL in SystemVerilog or VHDL for satellite avionics FPGAs across a variety of FPGA platforms.
• Develop AXI Memory-Mapped and AXI-Stream protocol implementations for inter-subsystem communication.

• Leadership Oversight & Governance: Ensures all facility projects comply with established governance standards, design principles, and Management of Change (MOC) requirements.
• Facilities Management: Delivers facility upgrades, renovations, and expansion projects from design development through construction and final handover.
