So you are stuck in an office, crunching data, always solving the same boring problems and tickets day in day out? The commute is killing you and your boss is constantly breathing down your neck? Take a step back and think about the following picture: you are working on your own timeline, can be creative, figure out clever ways and processes to provide our customers with the best results possible - probably from a beach or a nice cafe -, later heading back to a more quiet space to have calls with customers and speak about how we can help them even more. You are the second member of our customer success team, work from wherever you want and help sales and marketing teams of top SaaS companies get their pipeline filled. Our clients love our service, and it's incredibly unique (and fun) to provide support in an environment where the vast majority of interactions are so positive. Now we’re looking for a self-motivated and energetic Customer Success Champion with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a focused independent worker who thrives pursuing the best outcome for our customers while having fun along the way.
