• 5-7+ years of proven experience leading technical projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

• 2+ years of experience in problem management, production support, or enterprise IT operations.
• Strong background in Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and long-term incident remediation.

• Lead business discovery, requirements elicitation, and functional analysis for complex enterprise solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define business capabilities and business processes.

• 2 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, and business rules
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
