Culture and benefits at Caralyst

We have weekly all-hands meetings and 1-on-1's with the CEO. Our team is 99% remote right now, but pre-COVID we met at the Cortex in St. Louis as part of our Sling Health STL incubator! We keep good vibes during our meetings and sometimes will share personal successes (and failures) as well. We try hard to stay transparent and keep each other posted about what we're working on. Max and Fumbl (Matt's cats) are mascots who will sometimes wander in for our All-Hands meetings ;)
