A 5-star therapist for me may not be a 5-star therapist for you. We are helping healthcare workers get personalized recommendations to see therapists who can understand where they're coming from, based on personal values, demographics, and therapy styles.
Healthcare workers experience much higher rates of mental health pathologies than the general population, experiencing high rates of stress and burnout as part of their day-to-day high-stakes jobs taking care of our patients.
In addition, healthcare workers have little time and energy to "shop around" and meet with multiple therapists to find the right one for them. They work long hours, 24-hour shifts, overnights, holidays and weekends with limited control over their schedules. It can be easy to give up on finding a therapist with low energy levels.
Therapy is incredibly personalized, and while sites to find therapist exist, few account for the intersectional and unique experiences people have. Help us make therapy personalized and accessible to our the people who take care of our most vulnerable populations!

We have one customer and have 5 figures of annual recurring revenue at the moment — WashU Medicine is paying us to provide this service to MD, PT, OT, Master's, and PhD students. We hope to further expand in the future to other institutions and within WashU in the future.
