• Serve as the single accountable owner for project governance across implementation segments, from our largest enterprise accounts to our highest-volume, scale-motion accounts.
• Build and run a risk-visibility system — dashboard, thresholds, escalation triggers — that surfaces problems before they reach leadership, not after.

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex, enterprise implementations (discovery through launch).

• Own the overall strategy and roadmap for our current Workday and NetSuite technology partnerships, including integration, marketplace, and field GTM motions.
• Define clear partner tiers, focus areas, and success metrics (pipeline, influenced revenue, attach rates, integration adoption) for each platform.

• Design and architect financial reporting and compliance solutions for complex sales-compensation environments, ensuring data accuracy, audit readiness, and adherence to ASC 606.
• Own end-to-end reporting model quality and performance, maintaining long-term hygiene and data integrity across customer implementations.

• Serve as the dedicated finance partner to GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), providing data-driven guidance on investments, resource allocation, and strategic trade-offs
• Translate complex financial models and SaaS operating metrics into clear narratives and recommendations for VP- and C-level stakeholders

• Align with Professional Services to define and enforce clear implementation milestones and exit criteria, including:

Documented use cases and scope sign‑off
Data readiness and integrations sufficient for first and next cycles
Model validation (territories, quotas, capacity) aligned to customer processes
Admin enablement and skills transfer (customer can own 2nd/3rd iterations)
“Next-season runbook” with clear responsibilities and timelines

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years leading managers and multi-team engineering organizations
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams

• AI & Agent Platform. The agent SDK, MCP server (the single inbound surface for tool calls across the platform), agent portal for authoring and observability, eval framework and runner, and the shared chat/agent UI primitives every product embeds. This vertical spans the full stack — every layer must be API-first and agent-accessible.

• Define and own the technical roadmap for complex AI platform initiatives, driving semi-annual and annual milestones
• Architect and implement production-grade LLM orchestration systems, including agent frameworks, tool calling, and multi-step reasoning workflows

• Set the multi-year technical strategy for AI platform development, partnering with senior EPD leadership on long-term vision
• Architect foundational AI systems that serve multiple product teams, including LLM orchestration frameworks, MCP infrastructure, and agent patterns

• Lead, inspire, and grow a distributed engineering team, fostering a culture of high trust, psychological safety, and intellectual curiosity.
• Develop engineering talent through effective coaching, mentorship, and performance management, with a focus on growing senior and staff-level engineers.

• Lead end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives within your product area, from discovery and framing through launch and iteration
