Responsible for the on-site delivery of the entire lifecycle of overseas Data center projects, covering the whole process of equipment factory acceptance, cross-border shipment, site survey, container lifting and positioning, electromechanical connection, system joint debugging, compliance acceptance, and project handover, and support long-term on-site work overseas.
Responsible for the procurement of Data center equipment and materials; conduct supplier sourcing, inquiry, price comparison, business negotiation and supplier selection in accordance with the design scheme, technical specification and equipment list, mainly covering one or two of the following professional sections:
① Power supply and distribution: medium and low voltage switchgear, transformer, UPS, battery, busbar, PDU, diesel generator, etc.;
② Liquid cooling and HVAC: CDU, chiller, dry cooler, pump set, air wall, pipeline, valve, water treatment equipment, etc.;
③ Modularization data center: steel structure module, IT bay, cabinet, aisle system and integrated materials inside the module;
④ Fire protection, weak current, BMS/DCIM and supporting systems.
Overall management of the full project lifecycle: As the overall person in charge of the project, coordinate and manage the entire process of the AIDC project, from preliminary planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, acceptance to final delivery. Formulate a detailed overall project plan, break down key milestones (such as civil construction roof sealing, MEP team mobilization, equipment joint debugging, fire acceptance), establish a dynamic control mechanism to ensure the achievement of project objectives. Coordinate the five lines of design, procurement, construction, testing and acceptance, and apply the BIM + digital twin platform to realize the visualization and controllability of the whole project process.
