AIDC Project Manager

Role Background
We are looking for a project manager with in-depth expertise in the field of intelligent computing infrastructure, who will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of AIDC (Artificial Intelligence Data center), covering site selection of the campus, civil construction and MEP installation, computing power equipment deployment, and final acceptance and handover. You will act as the "super hub" connecting design institutes, general contractors, equipment suppliers, GPU vendors and internal technical teams, to ensure the high-power, high-density intelligent computing center project is delivered on budget, on schedule and with high quality.

Job Responsibilities

1. Overall management of the full project lifecycle: As the overall person in charge of the project, coordinate and manage the entire process of the AIDC project, from preliminary planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, acceptance to final delivery. Formulate a detailed overall project plan, break down key milestones (such as civil construction roof sealing, MEP team mobilization, equipment joint debugging, fire acceptance), establish a dynamic control mechanism to ensure the achievement of project objectives. Coordinate the five lines of design, procurement, construction, testing and acceptance, and apply the BIM + digital twin platform to realize the visualization and controllability of the whole project process.
2. Technology Implementation and Infrastructure Integration: Lead the planning and execution of AIDC infrastructure, and integrate key facilities including civil works, mechanical and electrical (MEP) systems, power supply, heat dissipation (including liquid cooling), servers and networks. Take charge of the selection, adaptation, integration, debugging and compatibility verification of domestic/international hardware and software (chips, GPU servers, storage, computing power scheduling platforms, etc.), and resolve technical bottlenecks during the delivery process. Be familiar with the deployment process of high-power GPU clusters (such as NVIDIA H100/SXM, Huawei Ascend, etc.), and coordinate the architecture integration and debugging of IB/RoCE high-speed networks and liquid cooling systems.
3. Resource Coordination and Multi-Stakeholder Management: Coordinate internal teams (supply chain, procurement, data center infrastructure, GPU cluster technology, business sales, finance) and multiple external parties (data center owners, integrators, equipment manufacturers, supervisors, design institutes, customers). Manage design consultants, EPC general contractors, equipment suppliers and telecom operators (high-voltage power, CDU liquid cooling, GPU racks, etc.), and supervise contract performance, construction quality and delivery quality. As the primary point of contact for customers, regularly update project progress and maintain sound customer relationships.
4. Risk, Cost and Quality Control: Identify various risks (schedule, cost, compliance, supply chain, etc.) throughout the entire lifecycle of AIDC projects, establish a risk list, and formulate response strategies and emergency plans. Control all-element project costs, prepare and manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure project delivery within the budget. Strictly control project delivery quality, implement quality inspection standards, and ensure the project complies with relevant national regulations and customer requirements.
5. Acceptance, Documentation and Construction-Operation Handover: Organize internal pre-acceptance and formal customer acceptance, and complete the signing of acceptance reports. Take the lead in collating documents throughout the project delivery process (implementation plan, test report, hardware asset ledger, topology drawings, operation and maintenance manual) to form standardized delivery materials. Be responsible for the smooth handover of the completed Data center to the subsequent NOC operation and maintenance team.

Job Requirements

1. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in engineering management, mechanical and electrical engineering, heating ventilation and air conditioning, electrical engineering, computer science, Communication Engineering and other related fields. Have more than 5 years of project management experience in Data center/intelligent computing center/AIDC construction projects; have independently led at least 2 Data center projects with a single scale of ≥1000 cabinets or ≥10MW, and served as project manager or deputy project manager.
2. Professional skills: Familiar with the entire infrastructure process of IDC/AIDC: site selection, civil construction, electromechanical works, weak current systems, fire protection, and acceptance. Understand core technical indicators and specifications for power, HVAC (including liquid cooling), weak current systems and other related fields.
3. Familiar with the intelligent computing technology ecosystem, and understand the features and integration solutions of mainstream chips, GPU servers, storage devices, and computing power scheduling platforms.
4. Possess excellent capabilities in project budgeting, cost control and change management.
5. Proficient in using project management tools, and capable of independently preparing WBS, project plans, risk logs, and weekly project reports.
