Services: easy, reliable online boardgame trading counterparty (ie for users) and source of the best and hard-to-find boardgames at fantastic prices (ie for paying customers)
User: A person with more time than money that would like to exchange a portion of their existing game collection for the new 'hotness' (we have many thousands of these)
Customer: A person who wants the most-desired hobby boardgame titles at the best prices (ie because they are pre-owned games) (we have many thousands of these)
Our origin story:
We are 2 boardgame geeks who met years ago. One founder had started this idea in his basement: get 'free' games by trading away unwanted ones, always getting more in both quantity and market value. The other owns a 20-yr-old records storage company, coaching entrepreneurs on the side, and had the idea of using his logistics setup to handle the operations (ie shipping/receiving), freeing founder #1 to handle tech/customer service, etc.
