As a small team, we are looking for candidates who are self-driven and not afraid to try new things (two of our 6 core values are "Thrive in Ambiguity" and "Win or Learn"). We believe that trust is the foundation of exceptional team dynamics, and that trust is built from strong inter-personal relationships. We are a hybrid team with 2 in-office days per week. With this in mind, we are recruiting candidates who can commute to downtown Toronto 2 days per week. Our salary ranges from $55K for entry-level roles to $150K for senior engineering roles.
