BlockFi’s mission is to provide liquidity, transparency and efficiency to digital financial markets by creating products that meet the needs of customers across the globe. We build bridges between traditional finance and digital markets that enable growth for all participants.

Our first product is a USD loan secured by by cryptoassets. This provides our clients the ability to access liquidity without triggering a taxable event or giving up future upside.

Leveraging a sophisticated infrastructure that integrates with the blockchain, we plan to expand our product in two vectors which we define as horizontal and vertical growth. Horizontal growth defines our opportunity to organically expand our current product by offering varied maturities, expanding to different countries and adding additional types of collateral beyond Bitcoin and Ether. Vertical growth captures the ability to create new products such as a credit cards backed by crypto.
