• Own and execute customer outreach across email, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns - build and optimize the pipeline

• Hire at scale for LLM training projects: annotators, domain experts, subject-matter freelancers, and more

We’re looking for a smart, driven Talent Acquisition Associate who can help us scale our team across both full-time and project-based roles. You’ll work closely with the founders and play a key role in hiring for internal teams as well as freelancer/contractual roles for LLM training projects.

Own the execution engine behind high-quality AI training data. At Biz-Tech Analytics, our Specialized Data Services team builds complex datasets across coding, mathematics, and STEM domains for frontier AI labs.

• Own team performance — set targets, track progress, and make sure the team hits them
• Run regular quality checks and flag issues early

Work directly with the founders on everything that moves the needle — sales, marketing, GTM, and growth experiments. This isn’t a “founder’s office” role where you take notes in meetings.

• Build and deploy evaluators, design and implement quality measurement systems to validate project outputs and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
• Generate synthetic datasets by developing or adapting existing pipelines to accelerate client engagements and augment training data
