Founder's Office Associate

Work directly with the founders on everything that moves the needle - sales, marketing, GTM, and growth experiments. This isn’t a “founder’s office” role where you take notes in meetings. At Biz-Tech Analytics, you’ll own outreach funnels, create content using AI tools, run growth experiments, and help close deals. If you’re a high-agency generalist who’d rather execute than plan, this is your role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and execute customer outreach across email, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns - build and optimize the pipeline
• Research target customers, craft personalized messaging, and improve conversion across funnels
• Manage end-to-end customer communication: first touchpoint through follow-ups and relationship building
• Support sales processes: lead qualification, meeting coordination, proposals, and deal progression
• Execute marketing using AI tools: content creation, personalization, campaign automation, and distribution
• Create and iterate on content: emails, social posts, case studies, pitch materials
• Run experiments across growth channels, analyze metrics, and refine strategies based on data
• Work with founders on cross-functional projects spanning sales, marketing, product positioning, and GTM strategy

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 0–1 years of experience (strong freshers with demonstrated initiative are welcome)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• High-ownership mindset - you don’t wait to be told what to do, you figure it out and execute
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment where priorities shift weekly
• Already using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your daily workflow - not just aware of them
• Must work from our Delhi office - this is an in-person role

NICE TO HAVE

• Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, business ops, or startups
• Familiarity with CRM tools, outbound tools, or marketing automation platforms
• Experience creating content or running growth experiments
• Interest in AI, data services, or computer vision
