We're looking for a Data Annotation Team Lead who can manage a team of annotators, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time. If you enjoy leading teams, improving processes, and working closely with AI and Machine Learning projects, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of data annotators working on text, image, and video annotation projects.
• Review annotated data to ensure quality and consistency.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new team members.
• Create and improve annotation guidelines and documentation.
• Monitor daily productivity, quality metrics, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and ML teams to understand project requirements.
• Resolve annotation queries and handle edge cases.
• Conduct quality audits and provide regular feedback to the team.
• Help improve annotation workflows and processes.

Skills We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, Content Moderation, or AI Data Operations.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team or mentoring annotators.
• Experience reviewing annotation quality and maintaining project accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience creating documentation, SOPs, or annotation guidelines.
• Familiarity with annotation platforms such as Labelbox, CVAT, Scale AI, or similar tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working on Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI projects.
• Knowledge of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) or AI model evaluation.
• Experience with multilingual annotation projects.
• Hindi or any additional Indian language.
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or NLP projects.
