Behavioral Health Operations Project is an early-stage, founder-led operations consulting project for small behavioral-health providers. We find where time and money are lost between hiring a clinician and getting that clinician's first claim paid.
Our product is the Provider Revenue Readiness Diagnostic: a fixed-scope review that maps the path from accepted offer to first paid claim across hiring, credentialing, payer enrollment (including Medicaid and Carelon), systems access, scheduling, and billing. It takes 7 business days, costs $1,500 flat, runs remotely, and ends with a prioritized fix list.
We are intentionally starting with a focused professional service before building software. We do not provide clinical care, request patient-level information, or make unproven savings claims. The work is designed to operate without protected health information.
The project is pre-revenue and in customer-validation stage. We are currently conducting research conversations with behavioral-health operations, finance, billing, credentialing, and executive leaders, starting with newer and growing providers in Maryland. We are selectively recruiting an independent business-development contractor under the terms stated in our current listing.
