Behavioral Health Operations Project careers
Behavioral Health Operations Project is an early-stage, founder-led operations consulting project focused on a measurable problem: delays between hiring clinicians and reaching reimbursable care.
We are validating a seven-business-day Provider Revenue Readiness Diagnostic for growing U.S. behavioral-health organizations with roughly 15–150 clinicians. The diagnostic maps the cross-functional workflow across hiring, credentialing, payer enrollment, systems access, scheduling, documentation, and billing readiness, then delivers a prioritized improvement plan.
We are intentionally starting with a focused professional service before building software. We do not provide clinical care, request patient-level information, or make unproven savings claims. Initial work is designed to operate without protected health information.
The project is pre-revenue and in customer-validation stage. We are currently conducting research conversations with behavioral-health operations, finance, billing, credentialing, and executive leaders. We are selectively recruiting an independent business-development contractor under the terms stated in our current listing.
