【職務詳細】

顧客オンボーディングと導入支援:

・新規契約顧客に対して、スムーズなオンボーディングプロセスを提供し、製品の導入、利用開始をサポート。

・顧客のニーズを理解し、随時最適な製品利用方法を提案。

・代理店、パートナー企業向けのオンボーディングプロセスのスキルトランスファー、教育を実施。

• セールス、プリセールスと共に顧客の課題を理解し、弊社サービスの提案を実施
• RFP策定や要件定義工程をリードして最適なソリューションを提供

• 顧客とのコミュニケーションを通じて、ビジネスニーズや要件の実現を目的としたプロジェクト要件の整理
• 顧客のビジネスニーズに対して最適なプロジェクトスケジュール策定、製品設定内容を設計し顧客へ説明、またそのための説明資料を作成

• Payroll Processing: Work with payroll team for timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Benefits Management: Support the administration of employee benefits (HMO, Life insurance, etc.), including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Liaise with providers and respond to employee benefit-related questions.

• Proactively source new prospects
• Nurture, cross-sell and upsell existing MSP Partners

• Developing business value assessment program by creating customer success metrics to support product on-boarding, product adoption as well as customer retention and satisfaction goals
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise-level accounts;coordinating support efforts and organizing solution delivery whilst establishing and owning a trusted advisor relationship with your customers

• Identifying and prioritizing the relationships with Partners that will ultimately drive increased sourced pipeline and bookings for AvePoint
• Ensuring effective and timely co-selling motions with our direct sales force and the partner eco-system

• Developing new prospects and expanding existing accounts with enterprise level clients
• Using consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer insights and perspectives on IT needs that are fulfilled by our solutions

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software applications.
• Improve software quality using XP practices, including code review and unit testing.

• Onboarding and Orientation: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless integration into AvePoint.
• Employee Relations: Provide support in resolving employee queries, managing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Collaborate with sales executives as the primary technical lead throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
• Present and demonstrate AvePoint’s product offerings, aligning them with customer objectives both remotely and on-site.

• Presenting and demonstrating AvePoint’s product offerings relevant to customer and partner objectives remotely and on-site
• Successfully facilitating Solution Discovery, Solution Overview, and Technical Deep Dive and Training sessions with customers and partners.

• Being a representative for project-specific customer inquiries and issues that you will take ownership and bring resolution.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction in Project Support and Maintenance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
• Participate in the research and development of AI projects or products.• Handle data collection, preprocessing, building and evaluation of AI solutions.

• Design and develop software solutions using Waterfall/Agile methodology.
• Troubleshoot issues using scripts and SQL queries.

• Design the database architecture and modeling strategies to ensure security, scalability, and reliable performance.
• Collaborate with the application development team to define the application data model, optimizing database operations.
