What will you be doing?

As a Senior Business Development Representative, your role is to build and develop relationships with new potential customer accounts in close collaboration with AvePoint’s sales team.

• Speak credibly about AI trust, governance and security.
• Build real AI solutions that solve business problems.

• Define and lead AvePoint's strategy for AI-driven search visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini, and emerging LLM platforms.
• Build AEO accountability frameworks: benchmark tracking, citation monitoring, share-of-voice in AI-generated answers, and input/output OKRs across contributing teams.

• Presenting and demonstrating AvePoint’s product offerings relevant to partners and customers objectives remotely and on-site
• Successfully facilitating Solution Discovery, Solution Overview, and Technical Deep Dive sessions with partners and customers

• Partner Performance Analysis Analyze how partners contribute to revenue growth, pipeline creation, and customer expansion across regions, channels, and segments.
• Partner Health & Engagement Insights Develop lifecycle metrics and scorecards to assess partner effectiveness based on engagement, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and training participation.

• Present and demonstrate AvePoint’s solutions to both business and technical users.
• Successfully facilitate solution discovery, solution overview, and technical deep dive sessions with customers.

• Solution Design: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models leveraging structured and unstructured data that align with the overall SaaS product strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-based functionalities. Drive holistic end-to-end AI architecture from data pipeline to LLM to platform components to application integration.

• Lead team and delivery operating model
• Lead a high-performing engineering team and implement SCRUM practices to increase delivery speed and predictability.

• Engage with customers, prospects, and channel partners to understand business needs and propose solutions that leverage AvePoint’s offerings.
• Act as the technical overlay for complex, high-risk, non-standard opportunities, including scenarios that challenge or exceed current solution patterns. Drive alignment on “the right way to solve” and document repeatable approaches.⁠⁠​

• Cloud & AI-Driven Product Support: Become an authority on our software suite, mastering Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms like Azure and Office 365. You'll analyze and troubleshoot software issues, using insights from data logs and development resources to solve complex issues in the Microsoft Cloud.
