Ajust is a technology platform that resolves complaints – fast, fair and free for consumers. Ajust takes the effort out of complaints for consumers, so that businesses can turn customer complaints into customer value.

When a consumer has a bad experience with a business, they can use Ajust's intuitive platform to tell their story. Ajust then sends a complaint to the business with everything they need to resolve it. Ajust has resolved complaints for customers of Australia's biggest banks, telcos and energy providers.

We've achieved a lot in a short period of time:

+ early 2022 - prototyping
+ July 2022 - pre-seed funding (VC)
+ Sep 2022 - MVP launch
+ Jan 2023 - new website with expanded features for consumers and businesses

Ajust has already helped hundreds of Australian consumers and resolved complaints involving over 50 different providers, with a successful resolution rate of around 90%.

In 2023, we'll be growing so we can achieve more resolutions through our platform – and keep working towards our mission of building the best relationships between consumers and businesses.
