About the Role
As a Localization Program Manager, you will have a meaningful impact on the business by ensuring our products and services are culturally and linguistically appropriate for various global markets. You will manage localization projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives to enhance localization processes. Working within a small agile development process, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team scaling a high-performance business while delivering high impact for our international customers.
This role is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the localization process for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality localized content
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and external vendors to define localization requirements and timelines
- Implement and optimize tools and processes for efficient localization
- Maintain a consistent voice across all localized content while adapting to cultural nuances
- Provide feedback and input to improve localization strategies, quality, and efficiency
You Should Have
- Experience in managing localization projects within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing translation memories, glossaries, and style guides across vendors
- Strong interest in developing operational strategy & playbook, with a focus on process automation and scalability
- Proficiency in at least one additional language is preferred
- Comfort or interest in learning and adopting new technologies
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teammates
- Enthusiasm for fostering a collaborative team environment, continuous learning, and supporting early career talent
- Commitment to contributing to an inclusive work environment Nice to have
- 5+ years experience in localization or related field
- Experience with localization platforms and tools
- Understanding of internationalization and localization standards
- Experience or interest in financial, HR, or education tech
- Experience in budget management and prioritization
