We are seeking friendly, East Bay based delivery drivers to join us at a pivotal moment in our company’s evolution as we scale our newest product, Nugg Club, the industry’s first true cannabis subscription box.

HOURS & LOCATION:
This position requires a minimum time commitment of 30 hours per week (4-5 days/week between 10:00am and 10:00pm). Your driving routes will be in 50 miles of work location.

COMPENSATION
Starting at an industry leading $19/hr and mileage reimbursement of $0.67/mile, tips, and monthly phone stipened!
Our drivers can take home as much as $65K/year including tips

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
—deliver orders to Nugg Club customers in the Oakland area
—provide an amazing experience to customers by being timely, professional, friendly, and delivering their order directly to their door.
—report directly to the Delivery Operations Manager, offer feedback and generate ideas for improvements to our delivery service on a regular basis
—constantly stay up to date with the latest cannabis-related research studies and findings, and integrate this new knowledge into how you serve customers
—collaborate on team projects and company-wide efforts to advance the industry

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
—CA driver’s license, CA Car Insurance, a clean record
— Acquire and maintain an auto insurance policy that meets our minimum requirements. These requirements are:
——Bodily Injury Liability : 300K/300K or 300K CSL
——Property Damage Liability : 300K or 300K CSL
——A policy that does not have a work/business-use exclusion. This may require acquiring a business use or commercial policy to ensure you are covered while working.
—A hardtop roof car with an alarm system (no motorcycles or soft-top convertibles)
—Ages 21+, pass a background check, and have at least one year of driving experience in LA
—must have a smartphone
—exceptional communication skills and professional presence

—effective team player with ability to work independently
—tech savvy, strong in multi-tasking
—you love helping people and making people smile
—understanding of how the cannabis market works in California is a plus
