The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating
leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and
achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity based sales
quotas. The Business Development Executive will conduct research to
identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email,
webinar and in person. This individual will also actively participate
in the planning and execution of company marketing activities
providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.
The key roles and responsibilities of the BDM will be:
* Strong experience in sale(s) of IT related products & services and
relevant business development.
* Responsible for Marketing, Company Branding and PR Activities.
* Demand and Lead generation.
* Actively following up prospects via email, LinkedIn or through any
other medium.
* Explaining the company's profile and offerings to the client
* Proposal writing.
* Converting Leads and maintaining healthy relationships with
clients.
* Preparing pre-marketing proposals for prospective clients.
CANDIDATE SHOULD ALSO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING PERSONALITY TRAITS-
* Self-motivated and flexible.
* Passion for excellence and quality.
* Strong Logical & Analytical Abilities.
* Hard Working & Firm Head on the shoulders.
