Leads Generation and Conversion
The Role
We are looking for learn it all attitude
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & conversion
- Pitching Services to New Clients and maintain a good working relationship with old clients as well.
- Candidate should be comfortable in B2B Sales Majorly visiting to SMEs & Local Businesses for Internet Marketing Services like Website Designing & Development, and App Marketing Services.
- Engage in Business Meetings and Presentations with Business leaders, Associates for requirement gathering of the prospective clients.
- Ability to develop qualified leads that consistently surpass assigned sales quota.
- Liaison between the clients and internal teams for various concerns, wherever required.
- Listening skills and an inquisitive personality who understands client's IT needs & will help sell the appropriate product or service.
- The candidate must be willing to travel (depending on base location).
- Candidate must possess Goal Oriented approach and should have a go-getter personality.
- Making quotations & sent them in a proper manner & Maintain Report for the same.
- Responsible for acquiring business & achieving sales targets.
- Submit Sales Plan & Submit Sales Schedule - Weekly
- Own all paid digital media channels, inclusive of social, display, and search
- Work on new strategies to drive conversion (primary) and awareness (secondary)
- Conceptualise creative for the digital marketing campaigns
- Present recommendations to internal teams as needed
Requirements:
- 0-1 years working experience in marketing
- Familiarity with the tools needed to grow and analyse accounts in Google, Facebook, etc.
- Basic understanding of each element of paid media (bid management, keyword targeting, audience targeting, optimisation, landing page optimisation, etc.)
- Analytical skill set, capable of analysing and reacting to digital performance data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Self-driven, growth focused, and hungry for success and a winner’s mindset
- Familiarity with the levers that impact CPA, CPC, and LTV
Soft Skills Required:
- Honesty, positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Creativity and intellectual curiosity
- Self-motivation
- High attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Envision big picture goals and identify the steps needed to achieve them
Education:
UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
After 2 months probation period candidate will be evaluated and finalised for full time job based on his/her performance.And during the probation period salary would be Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 per month.
