About the company:
CaraFan is a round trip transportation platform to take people to and from events via bus transportation. On our consumer side we are rethinking event transportation to make it easier on fans to avoid drinking and driving, traffic, lack of parking, and outrageous parking prices. On the B2B side we are in the business of creating unique team outing experiences, fulfilling business transportation needs, and handling shuttle operations.
The role:
As a B2B sales representative, your main goal is to drive business growth through outreach to businesses and sell our services. You will speak with key stakeholders to sell our team outing experiences to events as well as position us as a leader in fulfilling business transportation needs or handling shuttle operations for their business or event.
Sales is critical to any successful B2B go-to-market engine. Be the first hire to help strategize and implement best practices to help refine CaraFan's sales processes. You’ll be able to help make an immediate impact on the business and play a critical part in helping the sales team develop and implement best practices.
This position will be the first of the sales team so you will have the opportunity to grow into a future seller and leader within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- You will be selling our event transportation service to businesses through inside/outbound sales, email, and other outreach methods
- Work directly with CEO and other executives in creating deals for businesses, as well as forming direction for sales department.
- Ability to work remotely in a startup environment
- Enter orders and quotes through CRM platform
- Help refine outbound playbook for future sales hires.
- Develop, test, and implement new prospecting and closing strategies.
- Improve effectiveness and efficiency within current sales processes.
- Meet or exceed daily activity goals.
- Schedule discovery meetings to further assess a prospect's potential fit with CaraFan.
- Set an example for new Sales Representatives, and assist in training, onboarding, and motivating new CaraFan sales hires.
- Work with marketing to create new campaigns to help drive pipeline.
