Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the primary responsibilities of the COO are to:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business of Corporation
Develop, in collaboration with the CEO and the CCO, an annual operating plan that supports the Corporation’s long term operations strategy
Global Licensee’s (Managing Partners) to be identified and signed as well as recruit affiliate marketing agents already in the business
Keep the CEO fully informed in a timely and candid manner of the conduct of the day-to-day operations of the Corporation towards the achievement of its established goals and of all material deviations from the goals or objectives and policies established by the Board of Directors
With respect to operational matters, ensure communications, resolution of issues and project development
Support personnel actions by ensuring all HR and related functions are properly performed
Drive the annual budget process and the monthly reporting
Responsible for establishing internal and external processes and key performance indicators for the business and for their measurement and effectiveness
Ensure the development of Policy and Procedure for the Corporation and oversee compliance with those practices - this is a top priority
As requested by the Board, attend meetings of the Board and its Committees and present the information necessary or relevant to the Board or such Committee for discharging its duties
Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels, including international visiting MBA interns
Assess and manage the principal risks of the Corporation's business within operations (proposals, projects and staffing)
Create policy and procedures within one year via a library of video training tapes and a written manual as well
The hiring of the employees in The Philippines and internationally
